Japan Trip Day 12: Nokorimono (Pictures)
This is mostly just to be goofy, there are only a few of them, and they are completely pointless.
So, I was upgraded to United's version of 1st class on my flight back from Japan, and so, I decided to take a shot of the menu. Certainly sounds like good shit, right? Well there are some things that sound less appealing, but damn. For the record, if I had paid for the upgrade to 1st class, it would have been 4000 dollars. Which is like 1/2 a million yen!
Food service began, and here we have the beef mentioned in the menu. The two little globes on the upper right of the tray turned out to be salt and pepper shakers. It was decent enough. Worthy of note, THIS roll was not a brick! I didn’t break any teeth trying to eat it!
Well, there were still clouds on the trip home, but nowhere near as bad as the trip to Japan. It looked decent out. Also, I'm not sure exactly when this was taken, this was definitely not over Japan, since it isn't dark out... this has to be somewhere between North Dakota and Chicago... Rough estimate based on picture data… this was near Chicago.
The trip from Chicago to Dayton, I finally found the most important tool in the flier's arsenal... the barf bag! I'm sure that the woman wedged in next to me was wondering why the hell I was taking this picture. Well... I do what I want!
